Ingredients
  

  • 250 g blackberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 300 g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Equipment

  • 6 Popsicle moulds with 6 wooden sticks
  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend blackberries smooth.
  2. Stir yogurt + honey. Ripple in the blackberry purée (don’t fully mix).
  3. Pour into popsicle moulds, add sticks, freeze 4–6 h.

Notes

  • Vegan: use coconut yogurt + maple.
  • Seed-free: sieve the purée.
  • Storage: up to 2 months, sealed.

  • Honey: avoid for kids <1 jaar.
  • Allergens: dairy (use alt yogurt if needed).
