Why This Honey Works

Dried sweet woodruff subtly releases natural vanilla-like compounds that blend beautifully with raw honey.
Together they create a calming, grounding sweetness perfect for winding down at the end of the day.
This honey is especially comforting during winter, offering a soft herbal aroma when mornings and evenings grow darker.

Tips & Variations

  • Add a tiny piece of vanilla bean for extra warmth.

  • Use acacia honey for a mild flavor, or wildflower honey for a deeper tone.

  • For a stronger aroma, let the infusion sit for 4–6 weeks before straining.

  • Stir into hot milk or oat milk for a gentle nighttime drink.

Moon Ritual

Create this honey during the waning moon to support rest, grounding, and release.
This phase has long been associated with slowing down, soothing the nervous system, and preparing for quiet winter nights — making it the perfect time for a bedtime honey.
