When the colder months arrive, sore throats and coughs often follow. This Thyme & Lemon Honey Infusion is a soothing natural remedy that combines thyme’s ability to open the airways, lemon’s refreshing vitamin C, and the antibacterial sweetness of raw honey. Why This Remedy Works
Thyme is more than just a kitchen herb — it has been treasured in traditional medicine for centuries. Its antiseptic qualities help fight infections, while its expectorant effect supports the lungs and eases coughs. Lemon adds a bright touch of vitamin C and acts as a natural cleanser for body and spirit. Raw honey ties everything together, soothing the throat while offering antibacterial protection.
