Method
- In a heatproof jug, mash the blackberries and mint leaves gently with a spoon or muddler.
- Pour hot water over the mixture and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain into a clean jug or glasses. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
- Chill in the fridge or serve immediately over ice cubes.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves or lemon slices.
Notes
💡 Tip: For extra flavor, let the tea infuse longer in the fridge (1–2 hours).
⚠️ Note: Use only ripe, fresh blackberries for the best flavor. Frozen berries also work – just thaw before mashing.
