Rosemary Citrus Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Peel of 1 lemon or orange preferably organic
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Mug
  • Kettle
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Add rosemary and citrus peel to a mug or teapot.
  2. Pour over hot water.
  3. Steep for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Strain if desired.
  5. Sweeten with a little honey for warmth.

Notes

💡 Tip: Use both lemon and orange peel for an extra bright, layered flavor.
⚠️ Note: Rosemary may not be suitable in large amounts during pregnancy.
