- Heat honey and butter (or coconut oil) in a frying pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
- Add walnuts and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring often, until walnuts are toasted and glossy.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and optional cinnamon.
- Spread on a baking sheet to cool and harden slightly.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
