Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Gin (or vodka)
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp elderflower syrup or honey syrup
  • 80 ml sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Small rosemary sprig
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon peel or edible flowers (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Lightly muddle mint and rosemary in the glass.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Pour in gin and lemon juice.
  4. Add elderflower or honey syrup.
  5. Top with sparkling water.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Garnish with lemon peel or edible flowers.
