Method
- Place garlic, ginger, chili, and rosemary (if using) in a clean glass jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over the herbs until completely covered.
- Seal the jar and store in a dark, cool place for 3–4 weeks. Shake daily.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth in a bottle
- Stir in honey to taste, adjusting sweetness.
Notes
- Take 1–2 tbsp daily as a tonic shot, or dilute with warm water.
- Can also be used as a salad dressing base for extra flavor.
- Keeps up to 6 months in a cool cupboard.
- Fresh garlic and ginger give the strongest medicinal effect.
- Dried alternatives are safer for long-term storage and reduce spoilage risk.
- Always ensure fresh ingredients are fully submerged in vinegar to prevent mold.
