Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp dried ground ivy or 1 tbsp fresh leaves
  • 250 ml hot water
  • honey or lemon optional

Equipment

  • Kettle or pot
  • Mug or Teapot
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Add ground ivy to a cup or teapot.
  2. Pour over hot water and cover.
  3. Steep for 8 minutes.
  4. Strain into a mug.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired, and enjoy warm.

Notes
