Method
- Rinse and chop the pine needles.
- Combine pine needles and water in a small saucepan.
- Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, covered.
- Strain the liquid and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
- Pour into a clean glass bottle and store in the fridge.
- Use 1–2 teaspoons in tea, hot water, or as a natural cough syrup.

💡 Tip: Combine with spruce or fir needles for a deeper forest aroma.
⚠️ Note: Use only edible pines (like *Pinus sylvestris*). Avoid yew or similar toxic evergreens. Not for infants under 1 year.
