Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml sparkling water
  • 1-2 tbsp berry syrup or elderflower syrup
  • Fresh raspberries or strawberries
  • Edible flowers (lavender, elderflower, chamomile)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice optional

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and fresh berries.
  2. Add the syrup and gently stir.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Finish with edible flowers and a lemon slice.
  5. Serve immediately while sparkling.

Notes

💡 Tip: For a color-changing version, use butterfly pea tea instead of sparkling water and add lemon juice.
✨ For celebrations, add a splash of prosecco.
