- Rinse pine needles and chop lightly to release aroma.
- Place in a mug or teapot and pour over hot (not boiling) water.
- Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain and serve warm, with honey or lemon if desired.
Notes
💡 Tip: Add a few spruce or fir needles for a deeper forest blend.
⚠️ Note: Use only *Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris)* — avoid yew or other toxic evergreens. Not for pregnant women.
