🌲 Pine Needle Bath Soak

An uplifting winter bath blend made with pine needles, sea salt, and essential oils. Refreshes body and spirit while bringing the scent of the forest indoors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt or Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried pine needles lightly crushed
  • 1 tbsp baking soda softens water
  • 5–6 drops pine or cedar essential oil optional
  • dried rosemary or juniper berries for extra forest aroma optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Glass jar or linen bag for storage

Method
 

  1. Combine salts, baking soda, and pine needles in a bowl.
  2. Add essential oils if desired and mix gently.
  3. Store in a glass jar or small linen bag.
  4. Add ½ cup of the blend to warm bathwater.
  5. Soak for 20 minutes, breathe deeply, and enjoy the forest scent.

Notes

💡 Tip: Add a few sprigs of pine or fir to the bath for a beautiful, natural look.
