Method
- Place hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Add dates, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until mixture sticks together.
- If mixture is too dry, add honey or maple syrup.
- Roll into small balls, (around 12)
- Place on a plate or baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
💡 Tip: Roll balls in shredded coconut, sesame seeds, or extra cocoa powder for variety.
