Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Hazelnuts roasted or raw
  • 6 medjool dates pitted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for extra sweetness

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Baking sheet or plate

Method
 

  1. Place hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add dates, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until mixture sticks together.
  3. If mixture is too dry, add honey or maple syrup.
  4. Roll into small balls, (around 12)
  5. Place on a plate or baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

💡 Tip: Roll balls in shredded coconut, sesame seeds, or extra cocoa powder for variety.
