❤️ Hawthorn Tincture

A traditional heart remedy made by infusing hawthorn berries in vodka or brandy for 4–6 weeks. Used in folk medicine to support circulation and emotional balance.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handfull Fresh or dried hawthorn berries
  • 200 ml vodka or brandy (40%)

Equipment

  • 1 Clean glass jar with lid
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Dark dropper bottle for storage

Method
 

  1. Place hawthorn berries in a clean glass jar.
  2. Pour vodka or brandy over the berries until fully covered. Stir gently.
  3. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks. Shake gently every few days.
  4. Strain into a dark glass dropper bottle.
  5. Label and store in a cool cupboard.
