Ingredients
Method
- Chop fresh plantain leaves and place them in a clean glass jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over the leaves until completely covered. Stir to release bubbles.
- Seal the jar with a non-metallic lid (vinegar can react with metal).
- Let infuse for 1–2 weeks on a windowsill, shaking gently every few days.
- Strain into a dark glass bottle. Store in a cool place.
