  • 1-2 leaves Fresh plantain washed

Method
 

  1. Pick fresh, clean plantain leaves and rinse briefly with water.
  2. Crush or chew the leaves until the juices are released.
  3. Apply the crushed leaf mass directly onto the insect sting, bite, or small wound.
  4. Secure with a clean cloth or bandage if needed.
  5. Reapply with a fresh leaf after 1–2 hours if necessary.
