Method
- Chop fresh rosehips and place them in a clean glass jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over the rosehips until fully covered. Stir to release bubbles.
- Seal the jar with a non-metallic lid and store in a cool, dark place.
- Let infuse for 2–3 weeks, shaking gently every few days.
- Strain into a dark glass bottle. Store in a cool place.
