Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place clean, dry plantain leaves on the tray.
- Brush or drizzle lightly with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and slightly curled.
- Remove and let cool – they will crisp up further as they cool.
