Ingredients

  • 1 handfull Fresh rosehips washed, chopped
  • 200 ml raw honey

Equipment

  • 1 Clean glass jar with lid
  • 1 Wooden spoon

Method

  1. Chop fresh rosehips and place them in a clean glass jar.
  2. Pour raw honey over the rosehips, making sure they are fully submerged.
  3. Stir gently to remove air bubbles and seal the jar.
  4. Let infuse for 2–3 weeks at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  5. Strain if desired, or leave hips in the honey for stronger flavor.

Notes

⚠️ Safety: Always remove rosehip stems and wash thoroughly before use. Fine hairs inside hips can be irritating – straining helps.
💡 Tip: Use rosehip honey in tea, on bread, or by the spoonful during cold season.
