Method
- Chop fresh rosehips and place them in a clean glass jar.
- Pour raw honey over the rosehips, making sure they are fully submerged.
- Stir gently to remove air bubbles and seal the jar.
- Let infuse for 2–3 weeks at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Strain if desired, or leave hips in the honey for stronger flavor.
Notes
⚠️ Safety: Always remove rosehip stems and wash thoroughly before use. Fine hairs inside hips can be irritating – straining helps.
