
🍄 Porcini Powder
A simple, aromatic seasoning made by drying porcini mushroom slices and grinding them into a fine powder. Adds deep umami flavor to soups, sauces, and risottos.

Method
- Clean porcini mushrooms with a brush or damp cloth. Slice thinly.
- Arrange slices on dehydrator trays (or baking sheet if using oven).
- Dry at 45–50°C in a dehydrator, or at the lowest oven setting with the door slightly open, until completely brittle (8–12 hours).
- Grind dried slices into a fine powder using a grinder or spice mill.
- Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dark place.

⚠️ Safety: Only use properly identified porcini mushrooms.
